Based on the comments of the board during the hearing last night, it appears the new policy will not be approved at the August 24th meeting. The board president, commented that he believes the current policy is sufficient and should be upheld by the board.

If the Planned Parenthood policy fails on August 24th, the current parent-friendly policy will stay in place in Modesto.
